We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email, phone number, event details, and, for attendees, the details submitted when registering for an event (name, email, phone, and any custom registration fields an organizer requests).
Payments are handled by Monnify. iTixly does not store your card details; they are processed directly by our payment processor under bank-level security.
We use collected information to operate the platform: creating accounts, issuing tickets, processing payments and payouts, sending confirmation emails, and enabling event check-in.
When you register for an event, your registration details (name, email, phone, and check-in status) are shared with that event's organizer and assigned staff so they can manage attendance.
We retain account and event data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below, subject to our legal retention requirements.
We use SSL encryption in transit and follow industry-standard practices to protect your data.
